2. Visiting this website and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit it, the server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). STRATO anonymises the IP addresses in the log files. The log files are stored for no more than six weeks and then deleted. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or marketing tools. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server. No data is transferred to third parties when you play the videos.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Encryption

This website is delivered over an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection. You can recognise this by "https://" in the address bar.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to mail@sl-coating.com is sufficient.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. Password-protected areas

We issue access credentials for the partner area and the document area on request. When you log in, the server processes your username for access control and stores it in the log files (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The retention periods stated under section 2 apply.
